No Refunds or Returns

We do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been placed and delivered.

Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product was damaged during transit
  • Product has a manufacturing defect
  • You received the wrong style or size compared to what you ordered

Note: We do not accept exchanges if the product matches the size and style ordered. Kindly refer to the size chart before placing your order.

To qualify for an exchange, the item must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • In its original packaging with tags intact

Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery. After this period, exchanges will no longer be accepted.

  • Your Order ID
  • Photos of the item showing the issue (if applicable)
  • A brief description of the problem
